Get us some photos of the progress then!

I am on my turret now getting them angles right in my head before each cut took me a while but no wrong cuts yet thank god.
Anyway most of the metal I am using now is BT scrap which I have gathered over the years.

Just found this "you cant kill me im a tank"

Hahaha, I dare anyone to build one of those PUGs, bring it along to a game and not expect to get laughed at.

"sherman barrel indicates wire exit ldas"

ah its coming along ok at the mo,
got the turret ring sorted out,
went into ower spare beadroom and saw my wifes small keepfit trampolines,

had a quick look and its got a very strong steal square section hoop, did a deal with here :) and now its stripped down and ready for the hull,

so if any ones looking for a ring for there turret look up keepfit trampolines, they are about 16-20 each,

oh now dount she look sexy mate coming along very well, :) oh forgot to say would you be intersted in some army periscopes, i got a few from a bloke that has a lot spare, ?

managed to get the 6 leg supsorts of tonight with grinder, fun fun fun :)

its quite rigid so i think it,l work very well,

i,m still waiting for mr reynolds senior to send up the denox? so i can get on with the hull proper,
but so fare so good, would have loved to have fitted 2 or even 1 seat onto the turret ring so it moves with the turret, but i cant see that working + the driver will get hit in the shoulder if i was to do that,

any of the regulars watching this, you realy should have a go at doing some thing simular, its blody good fun :) and cheeper than you might think,

Yes I wanted to fit a swivel chair with the turret but don't have the space.

Is this what you have used?

For now I have stuck with the old ring due to the space being a bit tight for the tramp ring. I have just fitted the wheels to run on it's top.
Hope to see those pics soon.

still to do the vistion block for the driver and add more "plate"
the onto the turret and then all the interesting add ons, bins, tools, mirrors, mudguards, decals etc

and the inside befor any work, the driver would have been in the middle, but i can get away from the right hand drive,

oh oddball i,v got a mate that has a load of vehicle transfers so i,l see what he wants and i,l let you know, all british,

ye that was a kinda try and see :) on the HT,
as you can see there is a steal angle frame welded so its quite robust,

this one will only be used for WW2 days i think as i,v spent a lot of time and cash on the beasty so fare,

good fun mind,
every one should have a go at it,

it,l work out about the same price as my brens for instance,
